and only because she's been the greatest person in my life. But other than my mom I couldn't think of anyone that could impact my life just as much as she has and she does.
As I have gotten older I've heard plenty of times about sibling rilvary but my brothers and I are the epitome and center of that phrase. When I was younger there would never be at least one day that my brothers and I wouldn't quarrel. There was always this constant tension between all of us. My middle brother was always the black sheep of the family and that's who I would mostly argue with and consistently fight with. Had my life depended on it l, I don't think I could have stop fighting with him. Fortunately, now that we are older, although we get on each others nerves time to time, we have gotten closer and I'm glad he's in my life. I could never fathom a life without my family and their support. Despite all the struggles we have gone through, I will make sure nothing ever tares us apart because life is already hard enough as it is, having no family there for you just makes it all the more difficult.

Watch out, you football head !

If I could be any character or cartoon  I think I would pick Arnold from Hey Arnold. Yeah, I know it's just a show based on fictional characters with fictional situations but they all had different qualities and I wouldnt mind having Arnold's. The reason I picked Arnold is because in the show he was always portrayed as this very optimistic guy who didn't mind helping others. Despite having problems with other character, he was the bigger person and never reall dwelled on the meant things people might have said about him. Another reason why I would want to be him is because of the family he had. Although they weren't perfect and not blood related they were always there for each other.

My Story

Last Saturday afternoon I decided to go to the new opening of the mall around my house. I really wanted the new fall collection of pair of socks. But when I got there, it was chaos. There were several protesters with signs that read “Historical over Superficial.”  Apparently the place where they made the new mall was in a historical landmark. I personally couldn’t have cared less, I wanted to buy what I needed, eat and then enjoy the rest of the afternoon.  I went into Forever 21 and bought many pairs of socks, a cute dress, and a jacket. Then I went to the food court and bought myself a chicken salad and grabbed a spork instead a fork. So I had to go back and get a fork and something to drink. I wasn’t ready to go home yet, especially because of all the people outside so I went into a pet store. They had some exotic animals but I really wanted a domestic animal like a puppy. I called my mom and she said we would get one later on in the week. After the pet shop, I went into Barnes & Noble’s because I love books. I asked for a book recommendation and the guy that works there told me I couldn’t go wrong with the complete works of Shakespeare. However although he seemed like he thought the book was great I decided to buy “To Kill A Mockingbird” by Harper Lee. I left the mall, and read the book while taking the bus home.

Things we can do without..

Well, for starters I have absolutely no idea why they invented the million dollar bra by Victoria Secrets. What is the point of buying a bra that is worth a million dollars ? That is just ridiculous. That invention is just as dumb as snuggies. No one is their right mind would waste that much money on something that could only be worn at home and could be replaced with a simple sweater and quilt.

Halloween

I don't really have much to say about Halloween considering I don't even celebrate it. The reason I don't celebrate Halloween is because of my religion. I'm Seventh Day Adventist which means I believe in the second coming of Christ. Regardless, I still love all the candy, even though I'm not trick or treating i'm still getting my fair share of candy. I don't really mind that I can't participate in Halloween events such as trick or treating or wearing costumes. iI guess its because im use to it, but it's fine.

Only if..

If i had a million dollars to go work somewhere for a year it would most likely be working in the fashion industry as a photographer. Not only would i be doing something i enjoy but i would also have 1 MILLION  DOLLARS. swag. I think that the reason i would like to work there for a year or possibly even more is because i've always been interested in photography and to do it for fashion would be like joining my two worlds together. Ever since i was little i always drew clothes and outfits i would want, and now i like to investigate the trend of new yorkers. However, even if my photography weren't for fashion i'd still like to be a photographer. Maybe i could do landscapes or work for magazines. After my year of work, i'd use the million dollars to start my own buisness. Clever, aren't i ?
