Only if..
If i had a million dollars to go work somewhere for a year it would most likely be working in the fashion industry as a photographer. Not only would i be doing something i enjoy but i would also have 1 MILLION DOLLARS. swag. I think that the reason i would like to work there for a year or possibly even more is because i've always been interested in photography and to do it for fashion would be like joining my two worlds together. Ever since i was little i always drew clothes and outfits i would want, and now i like to investigate the trend of new yorkers. However, even if my photography weren't for fashion i'd still like to be a photographer. Maybe i could do landscapes or work for magazines. After my year of work, i'd use the million dollars to start my own buisness. Clever, aren't i ?

Steve Jobs
First of all, i did not even know who Steve Jobs was and that he was the founder of Apple until the day of his death. When i heard about it i didn't give it too much thought because i didn't know the guy and wasn't even aware of his achievements. But today, when i came out the train, i took the New York Post and there he was, an article on Steve Jobs. i decided to read it because i truly wanted to know why people cared so much that he died. In the article, it mentioned that he was a college drop out who changed the technology world. “We don’t get a chance to do that many things, and every one should be really excellent. Because this is our life. Life is brief, and then you die, you know? And we’ve all chosen to do this with our lives. So it better be damn good. It better be worth it.” Despite the fact that i did not care about him before, now i see this guy as pure inspiration. To think that he could've come up with such original ideas such as the ipod, iphone, ipad, macs etc, its incredible. He changed society because he wasn't afraid to live, we shouldn't be either.
SATs
i know the SATs aren't for like a few more months but i can't help but dwell on this test. My perspective is, if i don't do well then i cannot get into a good college. If i don't get into a good college then i don't have a good career and i feel like it all starts with the SATs. On the brightside i can take it again if i don't do well the first time, but either way i know that i NEED to do well. That's why i'm gonna start taking SAT prep. Other students should definitely think about it as well.
